Our cat ward houses only cats and also has its own ventilation system to the out side.  Our wards have a window in them so that we may see the patients more easily.  The cages are stainless steel so that they can be cleaned and disinfected more completely, thus assuring that we do not transfer diseases. We also have state-of-the-art security cameras in each of the wards so that we can monitor the patients even with being in the room or even remotely from another computer.
